About Frank Simpson

Frank Simpson, owner and operator of Hart & Hill Consulting, is a seasoned finance and operations professional with direct expertise across lower middle market private equity, early-stage venture capital, corporate finance, and global health & development project finance.

In his previous roles, he has led and participated in numerous investment due diligence processes, strategic portfolio support, investment sourcing strategy & operations efforts, extensive market research, deep competitive analysis, and strategic financial budgeting & planning cycles. His prior experiences span various medical device and healthcare technology businesses, world-renowned global strategy consulting & business services firms, and health tech start-ups.

Frank holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Vermont.
